Victoria STS is developing an integrated Ship-to-Ship (STS) cargo transhipment hub within the limits of Port of Victoria Bay, Labuan F.T. advancing the design and operations of a multi-functional deep-water mooring facility.

Victoria STS is a JV company of Straits Energy Resources Berhad and Dato’ Seri Patrick Tiong. Victoria STS permitted to operate approved by Ministry of Transport and Marine Department of Malaysia in July 2021, offering STS services for Bulk Petroleum and Liquefied Gas cargoes for variety sizes of vessels  up to VLCC & Qmax.
